This holiday season is the second major holiday period since the pandemic started in 2020. With the pandemic still out in force, it is important to be cautious when visiting family and friends during the holidays. Now that a vaccination is available, you can be less cautious, but you still need to be aware.
Here are some things to consider during the holidays:
- Get vaccinated
- If you aren’t positive that everyone is vaccinated at the event you are attending, wear a mask.
- Make sure your hands are always washed
- If the weather permits, gather with people outside
- Keep the numbers of people inside low, if possible
- If you feel sick, keep your distance
- If you have signs of Covid, stay away from people until you know what is going on
