The Coronavirus has taken a toll on the whole world. It has affected everyone in some way, even without contact. Most of the world has been shut down. Students and teachers have had to adapt to online learning, many people have been laid off, and many people have to get reacquainted their families. This pandemic is all many may see on television, which sometimes causes a little more fear in citizens. Not saying that it is not something to disregard, however, it is important to try to keep calm during this time.
Stressing over this particular pandemic or any other matter is something that has been learned to cause a decrease in immune health. Keeping calm and updated on the news occasionally may help many people deal with this. When all we do is worry about something, it takes away extra time that could be spent with our loved ones, making memories, or even finishing a little of our homework while at home. This attempt to be calm may be hard and almost impossible for some, but as long as you are following the guidelines, everything could get better.
